Meet Crystal Osborn

Hey everyone, Crystal Osborn here! I'm the cofounder and CEO of She Can Adventure. I wanted to create a safe space for women to be able to meet other women in the outdoor community. A space where they can have a real adventure while making new best friends.

I was previously the CEO of Hike Like A Woman, which is another great online community. However, I love to do more than hike. I am a certified scuba diver, love to kayak, ride my bike, and challenge myself to new adventures all the time. This is where I decided to take the leap and create a community for just that, ALL ADVENTURES!

On a personal note, I am a mom of two beautiful little girls who have been hitting the trails since they were 6 weeks old, and a wife to a wonderful husband. I also, serve on the board as Treasurer at my local State Park's Volunteer CSO organization.

I look forward to meeting each and every one of you in the future, and I'd like to be the first to say Welcome to She Can Adventure!

Meet Natalie Oven

Natalie grew up in a strict cultural and religious environment where girls and women were not encouraged to do physically strenuous activities.  As a child, she spent extensive time reading books and relished the fact that she could go to the library and acquire knowledge about any subject.  Natalie had her first experience in athletics by joining the Rugby team in college.  She has run extensively since then and running became a passion.  She has completed over 75 half marathons and 2 marathons.  As a result of a running injury, Natalie became introduced to yoga.  When her favorite instructor left her studio, Natalie decided that she wanted to learn more and became a certified yoga instructor.  She hopes that she can bring the balance to She Can, as yoga and running together created a perfect balance for her.  Natalie is a Level 2 Yoga Alliance Instructor as well as a certified coach through Road Runners Club of America.  Natalie Oven is the co-manager of She Can Adventure, LLC and plans to spread her enthusiasm for yoga, running, and reading.
