Every month we love to challenge our followers. Some months it’ll be a physical challenge, like last month’s squat challenge. While other months we will be challenging our Minds and souls. This month we challenge you to learn more about yourself thru journaling. Everyday you will given a prompt/ topic to journal about. Feel free to share as much as you like in the group discussion, or keep it private. The whole purpose is to do this for you, so let’s get started!
